Last month I made a quick trip up to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to photograph Kelly and Neil's engagement. Kelly and Neil met as business majors at the University of Alabama. They were friends during college but didn't start dating until after graduation.
I feel a special connection to this couple and all of their festivities. Neil is my husband, Hank's, cousin. I helped Neil plan and photographed his surprise engagement to Kelly back in June.
For their engagement shoot, we visited many places on campus that were special to Kelly and Neil. After our shoot on campus we ventured to the quaint downtown and wandered around that area. What a blast. I loooved the old train tracks we found and all the delicious light around it.
I can't wait for Kelly and Neil's wedding this summer. It's going to so much fun.
